08/14-15 VILLAGE FETE PROPOSAL
To discuss proposal of Village Fete – June/July 2015.
09/14-15 RECREATION GROUND
a) Update from MYFC regarding repairs of Pavilion.
b) To receive an update regarding the Children’s Play Area bi-monthly ROSPA inspection. Written record required.
c) To discuss FIT application and update on the current position of transfer of the Recreation Ground to MPC.
d) Update regarding the ground surface around the pedestrian gate access to playing
field and planting of hedgerow in wooded memorial area.
10/14-15 MAINTENANCE OF WAR MEMORIAL
To discuss and agree plans to update the garden area of War Memorial.

a) To note and resolve to agree receipts and payments as listed. Two Cllr’s to sign cheques.
